Combine sports with nature and enjoy a mountain panorama that is second to none while you challenge your body. Head for the mountains and enjoy the freedom of running during the Mountain Sports Festival in St. Anton am Arlberg. Trail running guides will accompany you on the guided tours and provide you with useful tips and tricks. Tours for beginners make the adventure of trail running in our region a highlight during the Mountain Sports Festival.
The following trail running tour take place on both days of the Mountain Sports Festival.

This course is ideal for beginners, curious individuals, and runners who want to experience and explore the alpine landscape through trail running in a unique way.
Throughout this course, you'll learn and practice the fundamentals of an efficient running style. We'll cover running drills and technique training, tailored to various alpine terrains. All this takes place in our beautiful mountains.
Required Equipment:
- Running shoes
- Sunscreen, sunglasses, headgear
- Snacks and a water bottle
- Sports clothing
