At the Mountain Sports Festival in St. Anton am Arlberg, together with local guides, we offer the opportunity to discover the breathtakingly mountain landscape around St. Anton am Arlberg in a pristine and decelerating way.

Experience three days of nature, relaxation, and unforgettable mountain moments with our hiking camp from June 28th to June 30th, 2024. The weekend kicks off with a leisurely half-day hike followed by a mental training session with Angelika Kaufmann on the first day. On the second day, we'll take a bus to Pettneu and combine our hike with a yoga session on the mountain to align body and mind. As a highlight on the last day, we'll drive to St. Christoph on a bus and reward ourselves with a hike to a summit, where we can fully enjoy the beauty of nature. Starting with an easy half-day on Friday kicks-off an eventful weekend. We will enjoy a hike that takes us through a picturesque gorge, leading along shady trails, and rewards us with a breathtaking view over St. Anton am Arlberg. Afterwards, we'll participate in a mental training session with Angelika Kaufmann. In this training, we will dive deep into our minds and discover how we can enhance our mental capabilities to achieve our goals and reach our full potential.

Immerse yourself in a harmonic combination of a hiking adventure and yoga on this unique tour! The journey begins with a bus ride from St. Anton am Arlberg to Pettneu. The trail leads through a pine forest with occasional short, steep climbs to an idyllic biotope. At the top, a yoga session with Anna awaits you, surrounded by a breathtaking mountain panorama. After a relaxing yoga practice, enjoy a delicious lunch at the mountain before the group begins the descent together. The bus will then take you back to St. Anton am Arlberg.

Experience an unforgettable summit tour hiking over 600 meters of elevation. The tour is mostly off-trail leading to a unique summit. The summit cross awaits as a reward for your efforts, accompanied by a sip of “summit schnapps” (liquor) to properly celebrate the alpine moment. We descent on the same route which we have taken to the top, allowing us to fully enjoy the beauty of the landscape.
